Front of house staff were OK. Can't print what I think of those behind scenes. Couldn't even get an alloy locking nut off. Four times I was told "it will be extra money to use a more special tool". If two of the SPECIAL TOOLS had put there heads together they might have succeeded. Told them not to bother and took it to YM auto care who got it off with no fuss and a fraction of the price
Put a deposit down on a car at Citroen Darlington for it to be secured and be transferred to a Branch nearer to where I live - I was told it would be taken off the website, which they did, whilst they prepared it as it had only been in their possession a day.After chasing it up 3 times in 10 days and told I would be called back, which I never was, on day 14 I spoke direct to Darlington to ask for an update. I was told that the car had not passed the Preparation and was therefore going to auction.Smelling a rat I called Head Office Customer Services to ask what their records stated. I was told the car had been sold and had not gone to auction !!! A deposit obviously doesnt secure a vehicleTHESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND WILL LIE TO TRY AND FOB YOU OFF.Head Office are now investigating. Steps are now being taken to get my Deposit back.
