Had my car MOT'ed over the christmas period, very good communication on how long to expect, arranging the appointment. Lovely service by the staff, answered all questions we asked. Young man from the sales department happily came over to answer our questions about the new Dacia ranges.Complimentary car washed and hoovered out, never seen it so shiny before. Thank you all!
The staff are very friendly and helpful, but service hasn't been as good as it should. An example - a car purchased from RMB developed a fault and we took it in for a service and asked for the fault to be fixed. After the car was returned the fault re-appeared within minutes, and the car had to be returned for a fix which should have been done during the service.
Ordered a Renault kadjar from here about 4 weeks ago picked it up on Saturday very happy with it . It is a lovely car all round also mike was fab kept us informed with the car and when it was time to pick it up he talked us through all controls and things would highly recommend
Just bought a car from the dealership, i couldnt be happier. The salesmen were not pushy, there was a few issues with the paperwork but everyone bent over backwards to get it sorted out for us. The car was nice and clean and all issues sorted out when we went to pick it up. I would highly recommend this dealership and i will be back when im ready for a new car.
Fantastic service from the dealership. Very happy with the price paid for my new dacia, my salesman was Michael who was lovely throughout, not a pushy salesman, very relaxed purchase unlike at another competitors showroom who refused to allow a test drive until they have established your finances! And we felt used very aggressive sales tactics. We'll definitely use RMB Darlington again, we're just waiting on the right offer for a dacia stepway for my husband.We can recommend RMB Darlington enough.
