AVOID AVOID AVOIDIf you want a dodgy car and disgusting customer service then this is the place for you. They will not take responsibility for anything!! My car was breaking down within the first 6 month of purchasing to the point where it was too dangerous to drive. On several occasions I was nearly in a crash. There recommendation was to stop using supermarket fuel (BS**T), but this problem kept happening. They Finally Agreed to pay for the repairs turns out there was a problem! Then had the cheek to ask me for the money!!!! And shouted on numerous occasions down the phone calling me a liar.Moral of the story get everything in WRITING because they will rob you blind. Oh and to top it off they never fixed the car correct, I still have a unsafe, dodgy and dangerous car and several ignored emails, messages and phone calls. If I could give it no stars I would!
Don't believe a word they say, RUDE, NASTY man.We recently ordered a Porsche Cayman from a very friendly an helpful man in his late 50's to early 60's at this garage, there was only one sticking point, the brake calipers had been badly sprayed in a red colour and it was peeling off. We asked if they would remove this for us and put them back to bare as they should be? Not a problem, of course we can do that' he said. Fantastic we thought, struck a deal and paid our deposit. We were then asked if we could make sure the money was paid into their account on the Wednesday as he needed it for end of month figures, not a problem, they were helping us by letting us collect on the following Sunday. We arrived on the Sunday as agreed and went straight to look at the calipers, they had not removed the red paint, in fact they had sprayed over it with black paint that was still wet ! When questioned about this we were told that this was only a favour and he never agreed to do this. He definitely did or we would not have ordered the car from them. We pointed out that it is not a favour if it is a condition of the sale to which the salesman got very irate and started shouting at us that he was tired of trying to help DUMB people. GO TO A BIGGER GARAGE AND IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS GARAGE THEN GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING
An excellent all round experience the deal was all done very swiftly and very professionally i travelled down from scotland on the train late October to be met by snow and a member of staff waiting for me at the station delighted with the car and a fair description over the phone prior to travelling down was gutted to drive such a nice shiny car out of there garage and into terrible weather the car was a little dirty by the time i got it back to scotland nothing hidden after a clean pretty accurate description although I'd beg to differ on a couple of points nothing major just myself being fussy my only negative was that there was absolutely no petrol in the car bairly enough to get me to a local garage which i wasn't sure how to find to drop me 20 would have been a nice touch after giving them close to 9k for the car but that's my only negative to be fair they did take money off the sale to cover my travelling costs down and back up all in all a very good experience and great guys to deal with delighted with the car thanks guys from bonny scotland
