I find all the staff helpful and brilliant. the range of equipment is impressive and classes to suit all ages and fitness levels.
A top gym with great equipment and plenty of it. Helpful knowledgeable staff and friendly patrons. I usually use the free weights and mainly Kettlebells, however due to a small injury I gave myself for New Year, today I made use of the machines. Very easy to use with clear instruction; however if like me over 60 you may need your glasses to assist in reading them. That said, there is always someone to ask for help and guidance.
Excellent value for money, great facilities. Can't find fault. Special mention for Harry the cleaner who goes out of his way to learn everyone's name and is always pleasant to all
Its a spacious, clean gym. The staff are friendly. There are options for every individual regarding memberships. I was home for a few months and found a rolling contract perfect for what I needed. The towns lesuire centre has many disappointing qualities regarding memberships, while Xercise4Less has many options that were flexible and affordable. I would definitely recommend!!
Good variety of classes and plenty of classes taking place each day. Instructors are fantastic. Loads of equipment in the gym so it never feels too busy.
