Paragon is one of the most impressive fitness facilities I have had the privilege of training in. The atmosphere is friendly, positive, supportive and motivational. The equipment is of the highest standard and the gym has everything you could possibly need for any fitness goal. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, supportive and offer some of the best classes you will find in the area
The facility set itself up to be the best, to be different and to offer something that other 'chain' gyms could not, and on each one of those its more than exceeds expectations. The coaches know exactly what they're talking about, they take time out to help if there's the slightest hint that your training is taking a dip, and they make it enjoyable whilst doing so. Couldn't recommend it more!
