This has been the Foundation of my fitness success. Thanks to the friendly staff and the necessary equipment no gimmicks and straightforward focused exercise. I have exceeded my expectations and I'm currently traveling half an hour to get here every single day.. 5*
The gym has all the necessary machines you would need to workout with. The classes they conduct are good as well. They have no tie ins so you can join and leave at your will. And the prices are the really light on the pockets...

Great gym, tough but fun classes with expert advice from friendly staff! I've really noticed a huge difference in my fitness and strength levels since taking advice from them and taking part in classes, all in a fantastic atmosphere!
