Absolutely no customer service skills popped in for an appointment got told could be seen today if I wanted to wait. So waited for over an hour with no one in the dentist chair. Another family walk through the door and straight in. Receptionist basically couldnt care less spent more time in the staff room than at the desk. When questioned why I have waited over an hour with no one in the seat just told computer problems and we cant tell you when you can be seen. Good customer service would be to inform waiting patients so we could make our own judgement, not a chance of that happening here they rarely answer the phone let alone give you and information. I will be leaving this dentist now and also will never use this group ever again. If I could give a minus score then I would do. If you want to throw your money at a company that DONT CARE about customer service or experience choose this one it wont disappoint!!!!

Was given the practices number by 111, only to be told instead of the standard rate I would be charged over triple and possibly more depending upon what the dentist decided to do. Unimpressed.
Most of the Dentist are good especially Anna.. I was told to ring 8am.. Phone mostly engaged but numerous times it was ringing nobody answered. Then I couldn't get an emergency appointment for a child to be told to ring 8am next day.. I think they unplug the phone or ignoring it
