Discuting attudude, rude staff. They change the policies without contacting pacients with the new terms and conditions and remove you from the books if they have not been to the dentist in a while without informing you. No loyalty to the existing clients as they only care about money and if you dont bring them money regularly you are no use to them. Disgusting behaviour to treat someone because they have good teeth and dont need constant appointments.
