I went today in person to request an emergency appointment with this dental practice after calling NHS 111 because I have severe pain in a tooth with gums and inflamed face and the receptionist without even letting me tell her my symptoms, after telling her that I needed an emergency appointment, she told me that they did not provide that type of service and they did not have gaps available for me.Get your own conclusions. I wonder if the dentists are aware of this and if this is an order from them. I will report this to the NHS so they can remove this dental practice from their list.I would not give them any star, it is only necessary to publish this note.
