Kicked me off their system because apparently I have not been since 2015. The whole system must be messed up because I have it in my diary when I last went. It's ridiculous. I'm no longer a patient and not allowed to be again they said

Not happy with lack of communication between client and dentist. My daughter had her appointment and while sitting in the chair, the dentist was talking to the dental nurse counting her teeth etc, next thing I knew, he was picking up his tools and was about to do a filling on her tooth! He gave us no pre-warning, my daughter looked scared as she had never had one before so I asked what he was doing and he advised she needed the filling, so I asked if they were numbing it first (apparently they don't do that anymore). I was concerned to think that they were just going to go ahead and do it before telling us. Luckily my daughter was brave and it didn't hurt but for a child who has never had one before, it was a bit scary for her when she didn't know what was coming when she thought she was just there for a check up! Safe to say 'momma bear' mode kicked in when I questioned what he was doing without talking us through it beforehand or pre-warning us. We also had to wait 40 minutes past our appointment time without any notice from reception upon arrival that they were running behind.
Had a filling done today all good there. Only down side was that I got seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. I wouldnt have minded if I was told that they were running behind on time
Can't fault the practice at allAll the staff at reception are so nice and helpful Had a wisdom tooth removed today and he was greatI was going to leave it another day but got reashured it wouldn't hurt. ..It didn'tCheers guys no more pain ...
