Paul came to repair the boiler was very professional and quick at finding the problem he went to pick the part up and fitted it straight away very good service
Blackwell Heating came to repair my boiler. They replaced some parts but ultimately left admitting defeat after the boiler still did not work. The final option I was given was to have the boiler replaced at a cost of several thousand pounds. The charges they then submitted afterwards for not fixing the boiler were unfathomable and completely unreasonable, not having been agreed upon beforehand.
We had a site visit on the 10th April with a promise of a quote by the end of the following week. Despite three phone calls promising immediate contact and an e mail we have heard absolutely nothing. If you don't want to do the work or there is a good reason for the delay in replying why is there a deadly silence?Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.
Claire and Andy and their team have been extremely accommodating. I am getting things done remotely and the level of service provided has made this possible without a hitch to date. They got a heating system put in and, being a non resident, I had a lot of questions because we have very different systems in North America----they were extremely patient and careful with their advice and commentaries on my questions. I would highly recommend them, in fact they are updating a bathroom now and I feel very confident in leaving it in their hands.PS Their fitting crew were apparently lovely to work with according to my property manager and their tidy habits meant the job was not more disruptive than needed
