Is a piss take trying to ring them so I can find out how many days to take something and they cant even be bothered to answer the phone
After a serious illness in April 2018 I now have a lot of medication. It makes sense to use this pharmacy as it's attached to my doctor's surgery and has excellent opening hours. That's where the positives end...Never have all of the medication prescribed - even though I wait the length of time advised when ordering online. Surely as soon as they get electronic prescription, they should order in It not enough stock? But no, you're only told when you go to collect and that's after waiting an average of 10 mins whilst they try and find your package in what would appear to be a very confusing system. Am going to change to a different pharmacy with similar opening hours shortly
Waited 30 mins on numerous occasions for my prescription. This is a pharmacy that has a 5 minute prescription promise.
