Great service! I always get a phone call to say prescriptions are ready and the long opening hours really help. Much better than my previous pharmacy where I could spend 15 mins waiting for them to search for my medication
Why say your open at 6.30 on your door and your website when you dont, also a text message would be better to let customers know when prescription is ready as your phone notification is very poor,, some staff very abrupt..
Open long hours. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Avoid at all costs. They lose your prescriptions and when you ask about it they kick you out. I then asked to see my prescription and they refuse. They then tell me it was given to someone else. They NEVER phone you nor give you updates. When submitting my prescription, i went to collect it and they had 2 weeks to tell me they could not get any. They did NOT bother to even phone me. They dont even deserve a single star. They are rude and condesending and if you ask questions they tell you to leave. Rather use rowlands a few doors further on. This is an honest review and i suggest you save yourself a lot of trouble.
