Really good night, good atmosphere, decent music
Would be a great night club if they would onky employ some one to clean the floors in the toilet there realy bad filthy
I have been a regular at this great bar, having returned to Darlington after years of globetrotting, and must say that I have always felt very welcome here. The bar staff are both polite and attentive and the security staff are the most capable that I have ever encountered, usually pre-empting or immediately responding to even the slightest hint of trouble, all with sheer skill and professionalism. It is perhaps my real confidence in the team's full attention to creating a safe environment, that has prompted my return to Harvey's, time and again.
For some reason they have slowed down all of the songs, making it nearly impossible to dance unless you are satisfied with swaying slowly from left to right. I also had a competition with my friends as I insisted I could be served before them, I walked three doors down got three Jger Bombs, drank them and walked back and my friends were no closer to the bar than when I left Would NOT recommend, seriously consider ANYWHERE else
Do not go to this place if you have a disability that is not visible as you will not get any help or understanding from the management. Terrible way to treat people. You do not throw people out for using the disabled toilet because they "don't look disabled" even when you are shown medical proof as to why it was needed!!! More customer care training needed. Hang your head in shame!!!
