Comfortable, traditional style, pleasant guest areas. Very good served breakfast. It's a shame the gym is nearly a mile away.
The Bannatyne hotels standards are amazing, and we love to stay here but sometimes it can be jute busy. THe staff are amazing and the room service is very efficient and jock when you need something. The restaurants food is astonishing and it has a brilliant leisure facility on site that you can take advantage of. The rooms are always kept so tidy and everything we have stayed here we have been treat impeccably well! We will be back again in a few weeks so look forward to seeing all the staff we have came to know so well! Would recommend to anyone!
Wow. What a welcome. Met in the car park and taken to my room. Fantastic service. Staff could not do enough. Simply brilliant. The chef even made me some fresh chilli dip!! Would go back in a heart beat. Lovely room, great food and wonderful staff
Lovely food in the restaurant both at night and for breakfast. Wouldn't say it is a 4 star hotel though. Stayed in a "refurbished" junior suite with a desk falling apart in the bedroom and cracked bathroom tiles. Even so we enjoyed our stay.
Second year having Christmas lunch here and it could not be faulted. Food gorgeous ( veg perfectly crisp) and service second to none. Every member of staff are attentive, friendly and professional. Will be back next year. Thank you to everyone who made our Christmas special.
