Took my granddaughter to the dental surgery to have a tooth extracted she is 11yrs old and was understandably nervous however the female dentist and dental nurse were wonderful talked to Olivia throughout the procedure and made her feel totally at ease a big thank you for making what can be.an unpleasant experience thou roughly carefree and painless
Im only giving it a low star rating because I have found the appointment process frustrating and not at all hassle free because its a phone in on the morning appointment nightmare from 8am and I have found that by 08:20am all time slots are booked up but its best if you turn up just before the doors open at 8am to be seen first thing
Still waiting to hear back after 2 week from been medical neglected from a very unprofessional receptionist with the worst attitude I've encountered
Took 2 months to get me a appointment for some basic test
