I've been a patient here for 22 years and wouldn't dream of leaving.
I've been here afew times with partner & young daughter.Reception is clean & tidy, could have used some background music & abut of warmth as it didn't feel that welcoming.Anyway the venture to see the doctor, honestly it felt like a maze once past the waiting area. The doctors seem pleasant & helpful.The car park is pretty small & you need to be careful with spacing, I parked up only to witness a rather bad driver almost drive into my car whilst she tried to park.. I can't remember seeing any CCTV from the surgery which I'd say their should be for car park security.
The lack a respect from receptionists is a joke if Patience rather talk to the doctor then so be it a few times Ive had foul disrespectful staff talk to me like dirt I will be removing myself from this surgery!!
