We were given a Vauxhall which we did not want and told there was nothing else.The vehicle had a very stale smell inside and was scruffy as if it had been used by smokers.Will not use this outfit again.Staff unhelpful.
Poor service never gives you any sort of information about payments when your a motability customer wich my car is already payed for before I get my money and then to check my bank after having a car from here to find they take money without saying anything or explaing what they going to take money for disgusting how they can do this to people and think they can get away with it well not this time coz I will be contacting trading standards and also perusing this with my solicitor as to me thus is theft taking money money out of someone's bank with no explanation at all when payments should of been made by motability not me an abserlute joke stay well away .
Cancelled my booking by email, didn't even bother to call me, despite emailing me twice, with one of those emails telling me "Your Booking Is Confirmed". Followed up by poor customer service where everyone verbally shrugged their shoulders at me. No one made any attempt to offer me an alternative solution. Awful.
Very hard to find the entrance - we circled the block before we got the correct, narrow street. (The entrance is NOT as depicted on Google Streetview - the Streetview shows the back of the building; access is via the parallel street). Helpful staff, but a 25 min delay as there was a customer in front of us.
Called the main number from their website, went through all the details including payment card etc.. all booked up awaiting their 2 hr collection time. Informed other parties of ETA to then 20 minutes later get a call saying they don't have any of those vans left. SO WHY TAKE THE F***ING BOOKING!!
