Booked my van on line late one evening for the next day, received a call on the morning of pick up to say they didn't have one i wanted in branch, (already on the bus to pick it up) so i got to the branch and the staff were more than helpful in getting one sorted for me, can't thank Emily enough for all her help,

Been waiting since November for a refund. Manageress reassured me that the refund was been processed, still waiting for my 75 in January. They don't pick you up from home unless you are a business customer. I will never use this company again. Completely useless and expensive.
Such a fun a friendly team who stayed after hours to allow me to return my vehicle, their doors seem to always be open.Highly recommended!
The Vehicle Hire itself was excellent, I had been upgraded to a Micro Bus. HOWEVER I am extremely disappointed at being obliged to pay excess regarding a dent put in the bonnet of the Vehicle by a random act !!I encountered an "EDL" protest whilst In Leeds and a random protester threw a projectile at the Vehicle, only later did I realise it had been a bottle and it left a crease on the ridge of the bonnet.Whilst it was not Enterprises fault, it was not mine either!! It is unfair that I was penalised. Staff did not even seem interested in my misadventure.It was a minor crease, and surely it would not have been a major loss for Enterprise, it was just Bad Luck like a falling tree branch or similar. This has soured a very good interaction:-( I paid up, I probably should have protested harder at the time, but it has really bugged me in retrospect.
