This refers to the upstairs bar. The staff are useless. 3 staff and 4 people at the bar and we stood 20 minutes to get served. I don't want a cocktail and I don't want to wait while a slovenly youth wonders around the bar at a snail's pace. The bar staff niether have any personality and not suited to doing a customer facing role. Someone needs a lesson in bar management or kick up the backside. And someone needs to learn how to get money in the till.
