Staff friendly. Very quiet in the shop atmosphere was a bit weird due to lack of customers. Good variety of food.
It's an M&S that sells food! It's a decent size with a decent car park and it's fairly easy to find. I will definitely shop here again. The staff seemed friendly and polite. Not sure what else I can say sbout it!
Ordered my Christmas turkey crown online. No bother took 30 pounds deposit straight away. Went to pick up and pay balance so joined the long queue expecting to pay the balance and go. Wrong. Given turkey then told to join another long queue to get out of the shop. Even for a refund join long queue. Anyway decided to join long queue and pay balance. Wrong again. System didn't recognize that I had paid 30 pounds deposit so that caused more problems.. anyway after 45 minutes to pick up a turkey at an allotted time slot didn't work and that was the whole point. My point is just go to Sainsbury's or Morrisons and get one of the shelf. Less hassle.
Every time I present a Sparks card voucher there is a problem. This time I was held up an additional 30 minutes at checkout while the problem was sorted. The member of staff was very helpful but the technical side of the checkouts definitely leaving a lot to be desired.
Car park could have been bigger, lots of customers on their way home in and out of store, spent at most 20 minutes. Good for M&S not for 'Big shop' shoppers had to go round twice before finding space. Shop though is very good, staff polite and helpful, will endeavour to go earlier in day in future.
