Great shopping centre and always seems to have a store for when I need something the most. Its great if you happen to be in search of Christmas and birthday presents with enough card stores and up to date stores inside. There are ample places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee and clothes shops galore. If your looking for quite a modern place to go shopping but not too high end, then this could well be the place for you. Ive shopped here at Christmas time for the past 3 years now and bought all of my gifts on Christmas Eve for everyone as it has a wide range of stores and stock. Plenary of places for parking locally, and is always well staffed with security guards to make your experience feel safe.
Quite a few empty shops and NO cafe in there any more. I came out of a store ready for a cuppa and a rest and the cafe was empty with nothing but a sale/let sign laying across the floor. I was very upset as I loved having a rest there and watching all the shoppers going by. Definately needs another one opening in here.
Always good to visit and shop,most of the shops were very inviting and cheerful.However I was disappointed with Greenwood's the original shop in town was closed down and reappeared in the Cornhill most of the lines that use to be sold have gone the staff were more cheery I before walked out of Greenwood's empty handed and felt saddened at its demise.Hopefully someone will put some spark into the company and I aim to visit other Greenwood stores to make comparisons and give my views on these.
