Having owned a static caravan on this site for 12 months we find Newbus an excellent site, extremely well kept and all caravans are kept in excellent condition. The local restaurants are excellent and it's only 10 minutes into Darlington town centre. When the grandchildren visit they have full use of a well equipped park, football area and an open air pool in the summer months.
