I started to use bhp laws services for a few disputes I had with a couple of ex employees at my company, even though I was warned not to use them by other business associates.I started off with a solicitor who I spend hours and lots of fees bringing up to speed with the cases.she left a month after .Then was appointed a trainee solicitor ,again having to pay more fees to bring up to speed. Last straw was when I had a meeting with a barrister at my offices and she nodded off during the meeting.she then left shortly after then was appointed a senior member solicitor again more time bringing him up to speed and more fees.Not heard off him for over a month so decided to ring the office Found out he had left couple weeks ago too !! so enough is enough contacted the md Mr John Pratt who sent me a email saying he apologized and that if I wanted him to come out and see me he would and "WOULDNT CHARGE ME FOR HIS TIME" unbelievable one of the most unproffesional legal companies I have ever known in 30 years of business that's why no one stays please avoid at all costs just interested in sending bills no customer satisfaction!!!
