I found staff to be a little stuck up and reluctant to smile... although the jewellery is extensive yet impressing... staff could do with a crash course in customer services. It feels like staff have better things to be doing.

While I understand they are busy on Saturdays I find it poor practice not to answer the phone on 6 separate occasions throughout the day. IT was a garanteed sale but not any more.
