Bought a Werner 5 in 1 step ladder system costing over 100 only to find 4 bolts, washers and nuts missing - no problem, just contacted customer service who instructed me to return to the store and they would supply the necessary - RESULT- well no!!!!!.On returning to the store who then contacted the same customer service for advice a very unhelpful Jason insisted that we purchase a pack of bolts, washers and nuts. Obviously Jason has not read the chapter on customer service.The parts only cost me 3.72 but it has cost Toolstation my business, there loss Screwfix gain.
