Bad customer service. Send out damaged goods and don't replace. They expect you to keep the damaged goods
Terrible company!Sent me a dented wax heater - Was returned and they replaced just the inner container and sent back the dented unit....Their response was"HelloYou have been sent the same fully functioning, fully working heater that you returned with a new inner container as clearly we could not return the inner container to you that you returned as it had been used by us to test the heater something you had clearly not done.YOU deemed the heater to be defective without even using/testing itI am not going to get into a prolonged email exchnage with you on this as you have a fully functioning as advertised working product as purchased back in November 17.Good day"So BFUK would you accept a dented car that is new just because it still works?Refusing to do anything so Small Claims court it is!AVOID!
